We offer a 3-day return window, meaning you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is:
- Faulty or damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing parts
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Costumes
- Wigs
- Contact lenses
- Makeup and cosmetics
- Tights, stockings, and underwear
- Piercings and body jewellery
- Masks
- Aerosol products (e.g. sprays)
We also do not accept returns on any items that may pose a health or safety risk once opened.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and includes proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider
